newbie question on my theatre

ive just got my theatre to recognised my dvb-t card, and started scanning for channels from winter hill, however when i click on a channel the details appear at bottom of blank screen so i take it i,ve not got settings right, any ideas

Tried My Theatre as well with mine, it was pants.

Got it working with ProgDVB, but wasn't impressed with that either, not as useful on terrestrial as they are on satellite.

ive got 86 channels and cannot see or hear 1

surely somebody on this forum can help?

i am sure it's something to do with my settings (but as a novice....)

Go to settings/graph/autograph and it'll appear like magic. Hopefully. (I don't use Mytheatre much. Prefer the WinTV DVB-T proggy)

Show shifter is a belter too, IMHO.
I use SS for viewing all but 2 channels.
I view these other two in ProgDVB.
Works gr8 with my Nova_T PCI card.
Hated WinTV personally, and I tried My theatre...apart from the fact that it wld cut off after an hour (need license) it was ok.

TSreader...try that too. That may have the desired effect.

This may seem obvious, but have you ticked 'Video On/Off' in the main menu?

Other than that, you seem to have the same options ticked as mine, apart from the bottom three boxes in Settings/Display - I have them ticked, but unticking them doesn't make any difference.
