NEWMAX NM5500 software

dear friends, i have one un identyfying receiver with name
NEWMAX NM5500 and its system information shows ...........
"H/W VER:FTA-352013, S/W VER:FTA SM5X-V5.0 and LOADER INFO: FTA-
BL-V2.0". any one know any thing about this box?,have any patch or nonpatch software for this box? if yes ,whats the link ?or any one have the software for this box please give me. need help very urgently.
