Next YE-2500X DPCI PLUS ( Firmware )

Hello and thanks for taking me in,

I have Next YE-2500X DPCI Plus and was wondering if
there are any new firmware available to upgrade the
receiver. My current firmware is 614p, and it seems
like I can't get many channels which I used to have
normal by just downloading Softcam.key to it.

I guess there was no reply for a week, and maybe no firmware update at all.

but,
Opening the hex file of the firmware and seeing lines of codes makes
me think it may not be so hard to work out and make my own adjustment
to actually come up with a firmware that has it's bundle to do the failing
auto update.

come on, someone out there who's making firmware updates, maybe we
to can do it. it's just a matter of how, and what section of the whole file to
modify and what's the secret behind adding a line of code that will handle
auto updates on tps and all the other encryption providers on channels.

anyways..... anyone has some knowledge to brighten my path, please help
out, cause i can easily go and buy me another receiver, but i feel that is not
worth it while my receiver looks so nice and pretty. and simply speaking, i
do love my receiver.

There may indeed be away of you updating your stb however the likelyhood of someone having a middle eastern stb on a european forum and also knowing how to update the stb is in my opinion limited to say the least. I would suspect that your stb was actually on a card share ring and since the servers seem to have been closed down you need obviously need to find people with similar models.
