Eurosport 4K started today.

Not sure if I need to fiddle with my set, but the 4K HDR picture is actually duller, I think this is on purpose as it shows more dynamic range? Still surprised me at the difference.

Compared to the HD, your HDR image looks a lot more natural to me, though the HD game looks like it's being played under floodlights which may account for some of the vivid colouring.

Your TV may have different/extra settings for HDR content, if so turn up the saturation/colour to make it look like the HD photo, or the opposite to the HD/SDR settings to make it look more like the HDR picture.

I had a fiddle of the settings, it's as bright as I can get it. Here it is with the same content:

I suspect the HD settings are a little blown out but don't want to fiddle with those or my partner will get upset with me
