[QUOTE="stevegoodsell, post: 686383, member: 349403"] Hi, I received the Nikkai HQ AV sender kit from Maplin yesterday, got it all set up in a few minute, but I have a few issues that you may be able to help with: my set up is: SKY+ (in lounge) -> Transmitter (in tv cabinet) -> Receiver (In bedroom upstairs) -> TV via scart 1. The IR mouse thiny seems to effect the use of the Remote for "normal" use, IE: When I point the remote at the source sky+ box. The IR sender mouse thingy works fine from the remote room, but I have to turn the transmitter off when I want to use the remote in the source room.. Seems a little strange to me 2. I am having trouble getting a really good quality picture to the remote device. It is sending to a TV in a room upstairs. I do get a picture and sound, but it is very grainy. I have poked about with antennae positions (for 3 hours!) and channel settings. I have also done the switch off, press "channel" and turn on again trick.. It's watchable but my old 2.4ghz system gave a much better image quality (when the wireless networks were switched off, which was my main reason for buying this) I have the transmitter inside a TV cabinet (prob made of MDF :) ). The direct line distance between the sender and receiver is probably only 7 or 8 meters max. I have twiddled about with all sorts of positions on the antennae, and have settled for a watchable but not great image right now, but I am sure that I could get a better image Any advice?
