nilesat 301

Hi satelliclub,

I mean in my last post: 12303 H 27500 5/6 DVB-S has (probably) switched from Nilesat 201 to Nilesat 301 (of course).
12284 V is still on Nilesat 201 in my opinion (nearly same signal as before).

Alicante, España..........1.2m

12303 H 27500
Reception as expected really.

Nilesat 301 signal within coverage area (Middle East and North Africa)
Better than its predecessor Nilesat 201

While Nilesat 201 is better than Nilesat 301 out of coverage area (in Europe)
Spillage is low this time round

Ljubljana, much favourable reception from 301 compared to the predecessor.

Thanks for this note, Ahmad. Absolutely correct, I haven't checked the positions, I blindly followed Lyngsat which is of course wrong.
Only 12.053 V & 12.303 H have been turned on so far on 301.

Hi @solly,

if you mean that those four frequencies moved to Nilesat 301, I can´t confirm from my place - they are still from position 7,3°W (in my opinion).
