No BBC on Sky Digital?

I wonder if anyone can help me. I receive all the satellite channels in perfect reception but am unable to receive the BBC channels on my Amstrad Skydigibox.

I am based in central England

Is this an older Panasonic Amber?

It's an Amstrad and it's about two years old

Try a re-install, services-4-0-1-select-6-select

Tried that but I get nothing when I press 0

You need to press them in quick succession, it gets you into the secret installer's menu, so go to Services/System Setup, the 0 1 Select (don't look at the screen), then go to new installation.

Hey I have been having problems with same channels which seemed to have spread to others to virtually not getting any, tried this and back as good as new, thanks to all the good guys in forums
