You can do a factory reset, however, I've read a side effect of this is that it puts the box to the old method of PPV and so you won't get any PPV channels unless you force an update after the reset. When you switch it back on you will see ---- displayed, at this point press the left and right arrow keys on the STB and (re) will be displayed.
