In answer to your questions a small amount of research would have found you the following information

Only applicable for digital transmissions.
The audio PID defines the data substream containing the Audio (either TV or Radio sound) information.

Only applicable for digital transmissions.
The Service Identifier is used by the receiver to identify a certain service within a transmission

I have Arion 8200 reciever' i understand its not digital connected to a wide dish may 90 CM(Not sure) with 3 heads(What you call it ?)

1. Arabsat
2. NileSat
3. Hotbird

I learned recently how to Add Viaccess codes :) can see the WC2006 Suisse channels.

I am new to the SAT thing I came from the computers area.

so I understand I dont have PID/SID !

You don't but the channels you watch do and these must be set correctly in your Arion see here
