Would like to have a new receiver and wanted to know which receiver is the best?Should be able capable of using a DiSEqC .Can have HDD or PVR capabilities?
How much is it?

It would help if you update your profile so that we know
- Your location
- Satellites you would like to receive and can receive
- Dish size : Fixed or mobile
- FTA channels only or encrypted packages (which packages?)
- Any more details to help us to help you.

Currently am on 68.5 east but am looking for motorised dish Ku/c but ku preferable.
Would like to receive both FTA and encrypited.

Before you buy a receiver, you should check the packages that you are interested in SUBSCRIBING TO and can buy the subscription (it is not easy to buy packages from different countries) and note their encryption system.
Then look for a receiver that supports this/these encryptions.
If you are looking to watch encrypted channels for free, then I am afraid that it is very unlikely that anyone can help you.
You can also consult your local satellite dealer for any information regarding what they usually sell and/or install for their customers.
