What is optimal konfiguration for 4 rooms + 4 satellite positions?
I know these:

"1 x antenna
4 x receivers
(DiSEqC 1.0)
4 x Uni Quad LNB
4 x 4/1 DiSEqC"

"1 x antenna
4 x receivers
(DiSEqC 1.0)
4 x Uni Quattro LNB
2 x 9/4 multi switch
4 x 2/1 DiSEqC (option)"

"1 x antenna
4 x receivers
(DiSEqC 1.0)
4 x Uni Quattro LNB
1 x 17/4 multi switch"

I think the best is last, can you write another. Can I use "Uni Single LNB" with another "multi switch"? Thank you!

It depends on what you mean my 'optimal' ?

Optimal in terms of cost and ease of replacement if a component fails is option 1. The 17 input multiswitches are fairly expensive. The cabling would be fairly simple too I think, if you put the Diseqc1.0 4x1's outside.

Optimal - I mean the best. Cable are long distancies in the house, and need good Field Intensity(power).
