That,s an impressive list @moonbase -
Somewhat puzzled by the recent results from this 38 E sat, i swung the 3.m dish round to have a look here.
It seems that things have changed massively from my reception point of view ... earlier this year i was able to blind scan around 90 -100 channels on average from this sat with the 3m dish, and struggled with the one transponder i was most interested in .... just before i moved the dish round to the western satellites - a month or so ago i noticed that my troublesome transponder - 3837 H 6500 was regularly holding a good signal , around 1db over lock (constant)... . but i did not bother to look at other transponders.
A blind scan yesterday and this morning with the 3m. now only reveals 25 - 30 channels ... and the previously troublesome transponder being the strongest at over 11.0 db
... i now only get a handful of transponders and a couple of those are borderline, it seems the north south divide on this sat has increased overall :-(
I will monitor for a while and make a list of the ones i,m getting - and the d.b. levels from them.
