Panasonic TU-DS10 Firmware or Hack?

hi all

got a bunch of Panasonic DS-10's I'd like to put to better use but I suspect they've been locked down to specific transponder details. I can scan and list other transponder channels - and they add to the channel list, but nothing comes through. I can only watch/listen to channels on specific transponders it seems.

Any one have any directions on how I might get round this with this model decoder? Is this a known hurdle?

Hi,

I'm in Australia and have 2 of these receivers with no remote. Any idea what universal remotes or codes work on them so I can play with the menu's.The manufacturer wants equivalent to 30 quid for them here.
