First, the amount by which it is lower than your machine's threshold is tiny (48 megasymbols) - well within the usual range either side of the "actual" SR value that will normally not be noticed by a receiver, and second because even where a receiver supposedly goes no lower than a particular value, in practise it does (by a couple of hundred megasymbols usually).I suspect something else is wrong.
