passwords

hi . i got ma self a satellite installed and is working well. unfortunately i cant get to see the channels despite the fact that the frequency and signal is good. the reason is that the channels are locked with passwords. can some one help me with the passwords of the geo channels, discovery channel,setmax channels, sonny channels, agg channels.

Do you mean that they are encrypted?

actually i am dnt knw abt this satellite alot...
i have the channel installed with good signal but i cant view. i think there is a pass word to put inorder to view the channel and i dnt know the pass words for these channels, please help me out to get them

Are you using a provider's smartcard or not?
Some providers have a PIN number in order to activate the the subscription.
So just call them up and ask for the PIN number.
If you don't have a subscription, then there is no passwords for encrypted channels.
