The entry in question relates to a 'Box Office' film to which I had prepaid, over a year ago.At the time we watched the film, but the entry stayed - reappearing daily at the same time. That was in UK, since then we have relocated to Cyprus, and had to go through forced download, resetting the box, channel scan (as you suggest), and so on to get the box fully operational here. It must be a glich in the software I think. Retailers/installers locally have had no joy either in eliminating the 'bug'.Geoff</blockquote>
