Picture break up on High Bandwidth HD Channels

I recently purchased a Ferguson HD Combo to cover both my Sat needs and also the lack of HD tuner on the TV.

I have run into a problem recently where I get break up on some HD channels.

I am using the UPC package in Slovakia and the local HD content runs fine ie

Nova Sport HD, CT 1 HD etc, after tuning through my PC card I see that these have a bit rate of around 10 Mb/s.

The HD content that is shared with Canal Digital Nordic is viewable breaks up quite a bit. This shows a rate of about 15Mb/s (Thor 0.8 12128 H )

The set top box shows signal of 70% and quality of about the same.

My question is weather this more likely a problem with the software or too much signal strength ( I have read this may cause a similar issue)

All channels work on my Skystar 2 HD card no problems.

Any ideas

Found the issue on a czech website parabola.cz (Thanks to Google Chrome for the translation)

"Watch for income programs UPC Direct in HDTV quality on THOR. It is necessary to choose only modules Technisat TechniCrypt CW or Irdeto / Cryptoworks Smit . These programs are transmitted with very high bitrate and other modules that do not transfer the receiver (SCM Irdeto / Cryptoworks, Mascom)."
