So I did a research and foundOn the roof there are&nbsp; 2 dishes connected to a Quattro LNB which is connected to a Multi switch 9/5&nbsp; V/lowV/HighH/lowH/highPlus ArielNow on my Technomate TM-500 If I&nbsp; connect the cable to any outlet I can immediately receive Sky( i understand by that that sky is connected to input one (right ?? no??) in the swich I have tried all LNB setting and can not receive all channels on hotbird. Sky is always fineNow if I set&nbsp; 2 satelliteson the&nbsp; menu&nbsp;&nbsp; like these 2 examplesExpel:1&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; i get all low&nbsp;&nbsp; frequencies channels if Sky&nbsp; connected to LNB 0&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; hi/lo&nbsp; &nbsp; volt= v/hHotbird connected to LNB1&nbsp;&nbsp; 22khz off&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; volt=v/hI do not get any high frequencies channels Expel 2-Same as above but with hotbird&nbsp; 22khz is on&nbsp; . i lose all low frequency channelsFor those who have TM-500 would know that if i were to click on LNB i get 2 menus:1 –tone&nbsp; either none or A or BDisecq&nbsp; none or 1.0,1.1 or 1.2If i&nbsp; choose 1.2 there are committed and uncommitted... (new to me&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; )I have tried all combinations and in nutshell i can either get low frequencies or high frequencies on sat1 ie Hotbird whe n playing&nbsp; with 22khz on or offAny idea how I can over come this?The installers were useless.
