Yes ,I tried with another receiver . All connections and calbel leads are ok. I'm 100% sure probelm in Reciever. Which IC I have to repalce I don't know. Would you help me?

Hi Gents,
Any body can tell me which IC is faulty in my receicer beausat BSR 6310CI.It has no video and audio but power is ok. All connection of the dish cables and AV /RF connections are OK.
