I cannot.
Lat = 35.0 means axis elevation is 55.0 (traditional). Modified (better!) angle = 54.4.

Dish declination angle (modified!) = 5.0 degrees, and 'declination' means in the opposite direction as the axis 'elevation' angle.

So total dish elevation angle due north = 54.4 - 5.0 = 49.4 degrees, so about 50, not 60.

Thanks.
What will the dish angle be for an off set dish?
