My Dreambox has lived happily with its Vbox positioner (Edon2150) for years. I replaced the motor last year (12 inch Superjack), 1m dish). Overnight the positioner complained with the nP error - no pulse. I check wiring continuity and replaced the reed switch to no effect. Next step was to stick a couple of wires into the sensor inputs on the vbox and to open and close to simutale pulses (not at all sure if that had a chance of working). Still no movement of the dish. My suspicion is that the vbox might have a fault. Is there any way to check it? I guess the next stage might be to go back to the dish & remove the motor and try a car battery on the motor? Any suggestions? Cheers
