problem getting al jazeera sports +1/+2

for some reason i'm not getting these channels just now with my al jazeera card on hotbird,just a blank screen, other FTA channels ok

is there a problem with these channels broadcasting?

if not , how can i check whether the problem is card related or not?it's a 12 month card i got in august so there should be no problem with the card

Try to delete all the channels from your channels list and then rescan.
Check that all channels are back.
If they still don't open, unplug the power cord, wait few minutes, insert the card and then plug in the power cord.

unfortunately no success

still cant get the channels on my technomate 1500 or my dreambox 500


don't know if there's any way to check whether the card is indeed valid for 12 month or whether one just accepts it on the trust of the dealer,i'm nor sure if i can check this

it has been working fine on both recievers before xmas
