I also bought a 6month art card from ebay with the intention of using it in the Technomate to watch the football. The problem came today, i received the card(sealed in wrapper) and after inserting it, it doesnt seem to work. After inserting it i get the message 'smart card initializing', however all ART chanels are still scrambled. Does this problem sound like a card problem or a receiver problem? Also, does the fact that the receiver is patched affect viewing cards (and if so, how do i un-patch it?)This is my first post on this forum and any help will be greatly appreciated.
