Help Required Promax Ranger Neo+ Lost Screen Output ?

Hi,

Would anyone please know if there is a button combination sequence to reboot a Promax Ranger Neo+ other than the single button press of the On/Off button on the side of the meter?

I was using the meter, wanted to switch it off and did a short duration press of the On/Off button. This brought up a small centrally located menu in the main screen. The bottom option in this menu was Exit so I pressed that to clear the pop up menu. This action has turned off the Promax screen but the meter is still running, pressing the On/Off button does nothing, will not power down and it remains powered on with a blank screen.

Any ideas apart from phoning Promax UK?

Sorted, panic over, yellow toy restored to working order, back to 13.0E later....

as often happens the only solution you have left is, open the yellow submarine and disconnect the battery to solve the problem

Solution was simpler than that.

1. Press the On/Off button on the side of the Promax for 10 seconds then release
2. Press the F4 button on the Promax for 6 seconds then release

It closes it down.
