OK guys, here is an update on things with the Qbox HD (things I have picked up here and there, some I have tried and some are still to be tested) It seems one of the things that I wanted to know was if cardsharing was possible. I can confirm that I had this evening managed to connect to a cccam server using incubuscamd. It has to be said that psykix of jkf did all the work on this, I only pestered him to explain what he did and making sure I can get it to work. At the moment one can only connect to CS servers, and not act as one but I believe that will be sorted in time. Another bit of news is that the WIFI is being looked at - I managed to configure it and it found my home network - unfortunately it is still quite unstable and the box started to crash whenever the network settings were looked at. But this is the first image they dealt with this, so I am waiting for some software improvements. I am not aware of anyone else getting further ahead with this, but lets wait and see. It is possible to swap the internal USB stick (1G) to a larger capacity one, this operation is fairly easy and improves the performance of the box, especially related to the menus. The latest image also started to solve the problem of the standby, as well as the volume control. Faster zapping has been claimed, I am not too sure. Recording to an USB stick has been tried, but the playback does not function yet. Also connecting a SATA HD has been dealt with, but not too much to report. Hopefully some more news soon :)
