Hi there….
Having a few problems with my Xtreme XTSC-520 Satellite & Terrestrial Receiver Well I “think” it’s this model… Friend gave it to me…nothing on the case except Xsteam (I’m running 2 parabols HOTBIRD 13° and ASTRA 19.2°
Had it for about 3 years now no problem… but recently it’s been freezing on certain channels and impossible to transfer new channels to the favourite list…. I selection the channel but when I press on “exit” Where normally I would get a window asking do you want to keep this change…. the screen just goes green and the box crashes. Generally not behaving its self anymore
Question/ Do you think this is a Hardware or Software problem. Obviously if its a hardware problem it probably be cheaper to throw it out and buy a new one.
But if its a Software problem…. how would I fix it… It does have a USB in… but what do I do with it…. Sorry to be so vague about the “ problem” I’ve checked out the
OS (Stream System) on the net…but I’m a bit lost as of what to do.

oh yeah! forgot... when i press on the volume button the volume stays on the screen and everything blocks.... have to OFF/ON to clear it.
