There are two sets of RAI channels (RAI UNO, RAI DUE, RAI TRE) on Hot Bird 13E. Open FTA and encrypted (Seca) sets.
According to Lyngsat, the transponder for the open FTA channels are 11,766V and for the encrypted channels on 10,992V
Does anybody know why there are two sets?
The open FTA channels tend to become pixelized sometimes during the night and I thought that perhaps the encrypted channels are better.
