Almost certainly a reappearance of RASD TV previously seen on 30W, carrying Spanish propaganda for the Sub-Saharan African community.

No Jeff, plain old MPEG2. The SR is a tad low for some receivers, I get it OK on the Echostar though (after a struggle).

Lost it now, although I get a good signal strength reading on that TP without any quality. Maybe they've changed the SR. Might be worth blind scanning that frequency with a range of SRs.

BTW, low SR is around the 1000 mark on my TM 10000D and TM5200D.
O/T. I wonder what increase our ex employer will be giving us in our pensions next month, I've not had any indication yet.
