Hi there

If you have a Freesat satellite card that receives Freesat HD and has been problem-free with Windows 7 Media Centre, *please* recommend!

Am about to buy 2 for 2 independent channels so can view and/or record Freesat, and wish to avoid hassle! Either USB or PCI is good...

Incidentally, am using an Asus motherboard with Geforce onboard graphics, which eats HD - about 8-15% cpu when decoding 1080p MKVs, presumably due to the hardware acceleration provided by the Geforce chipset...

Many thanks guys ... Judi:)

Take a look at the thread I started further down about the Compro S350. Really cheap and works very well for me on Windows Media Centre. I am running the 64 bit version with 4 Gigs of Ram though. It won't handle future HD channels, but works with BBC HD.
