recording $ky to /hdd

wonder has there any update on these points ....

1 - is it possible yet to record one $ky UK channel to hard disk, while watching another ? (on same transponder of course ..)

2 - is it possible to get all the timeshift/pause/live_rewind etc functions while recording a $ky channel ? I use newcs and g8ox, up to very recently i could not record at all, it would freeze like hell ... after updating the front processor to 1.06 and putting on PLI-Citrine image (great image btw) , this is at least now ok ...

yes, both 1 & 2 are possible, if the emu is capable of handling 2 services, and you activated the "can handle 2 services" option (which is located in the common interface setup page if I'm not mistaken).
I frequently use both options in PLi-citrine with newcamd 5.28 emu.

cheers. thinks thats my problem, dont think g8ox supports 2 services at once. in other emus must you chose tell the emu to handle 2 services ?
