Relook 400 and Conax???

Hi all,
I've read several threads saying that the 400 is compatible with Conax using the internal Card readers. However it does not work for me (in Sweden that is by the way). I am using the original image from DGStation that was installed with the system when delivered. According to a supplier I should be able to edit a config file somewhere but he didn't want to help me all the way (!).
Any ideas or hints would be helpful

I have off Conax card too and this work fine with the last image from Rudbox or Funteam with the internal card reader.
Pay attention that you must reverse the card(connector trough bottom) in the relook.
Official Conax cam from Telenor don't work but the card itself must work!!
