Rodney Marsh has been sacked by sky, for making a joke about the asian Tsunami...

Marsh, appearing on phone-in programme You're On Sky Sports, is believed to have joked that David Beckham had turned down a move to Newcastle after hearing of the trouble with the "Toon Army in Asia".

I would say that it was more offensive to Beckham, but wouldn't have thought it was a sacking offence, an apology should have been more than sufficient.
