According to FS there are three romanian radio stations present at 11.485 H however no SIDs/PIDs are listed. The signal is strong but nothing can be received either by a receiver nor PC card.
Is anyone of you aware of any special system being used here or is the stream simply not containing these radios (anymore)?!

Save a dump.ts file and then, with IPCleaner.exe extract the three streams.

Maybe there is no need, but I thought I would show (more explicitly) how to open these streams.
Record the raw stream from 11485 H with any DVB, TSReader, or EBS application. Any TSReader version is valid for recording. Now that we know the PID of each stream-1001,1002,1003(on FlySat), that file is put in the same folder with the IPCleaner.exe application, then with Command Prompt, extract each stream separately, as in the picture below. Important that in Command Prompt, we choose the right path where the raw recording is, because, in the same folder, we will find the extracted files for each stream.

Mpe2aac or mpe2mpa (depending on whether the streams are aac or mp2) should work identically to how it works for the Spanish/Portuguese radios on 30°W. :)

What you see on PID 4152 is the SAP session identification information, an IP stream carrying the details of the PIDs, IP addresses, ports, and service format. Looks like it says “MPEG Audio” in the screenshot, so probably mpe2mpa will be the tool that works.

For example, from the information in the screenshot above, using the piratfm/eti-tools ( GitHub - piratfm/eti-tools: ETI conversion software ) installed in Linux, you should be able to run the following to dump Rock FM to a raw MP2 file -

Code:
curl -s <http MPEG-TS stream containing PID 1002> | mpe2mpa 1002 230.0.0.2 10002 > rockfm.mp2

With the help of Adam70(thanks :)), I managed with the DVBstream app to stream live IP radio streams from 62.0E, transmitted at 11485 H.
For a stable and smooth stream running, it is good to save a file with each PID separately,1001,1002,1003; the audio format is 128kbps AAC.
Unfortunately, I could not work with two consoles, one for tuner-s2 and one for DVBdream, for a direct -Live- pickup of the stream because tuner-s2, it seems, does not accept (strangely) a parameter (Fec 2/5?). In the end, DVBstream was enough to do the job with the following code:
62.0E@Intelsat 39
Magic FM_dvbstream -f 11485 -p h -s 1160 -c 2 -o 8192 | mpe2aac 1001 230.0.01 10001 > vlc
Rock FM_dvbstream -f 11485 -p h -s 1160 -c 2 -o 8192 | mpe2aac 1002 230.0.02 10002 > vlc
Kiss FM_dvbstream -f 11485 -p h -s 1160 -c 2 -o 8192 | mpe2aac 1003 230.0.03 10003 > vlc

Ahh excellent, you figured out how to make it play in VLC live!

I think I must have been using the old way which was why it didn’t work. That’s useful to know how to do it :)

what is broadcast on TXT pid?
isn't it more appropriate to place the radio in R than in TV?
the PCR pid has a different value than you indicate

This IP stream from 11485 H was moved three months ago to 11595 H. I've only now managed to lock it.
11595 H,1160,2/5,S2-IP Radio Antenne Group,
IP stream, UDP:230.0.0.1:1001 Magic FM,
IP stream, UDP:230.0.0.2:1002 Rock FM,
IP stream, UDP:230.0.0.3:1003 Kiss FM.
The way to listen to them has not changed at all. That's why the procedure described (above) on this topic is valid.
