Is there a common programme that can be used to upload hex file for viaaccess / sega / negravision etc for any type of receivers

There is no emu software for RTG GADA900. However there is another possibility of loading the emu software of another brand which uses the same hardware. Let me know the system id of your receiver & then I can guide you.

I tried to upload hex file via ( FILE SENDER ) but it's not working
