my samsung dsr 9500 via ci died on me when i upgraded it can someone help me to wake it up?

Do you have the 500 loader and did you load rev_gold_4.0 EMU?

If you did then the only way to get it going again is by jtag, then use rev_gold_4.1

If you did something else then give a more detailed explanation so that someone may help you
