HI, I have SAMSUNG LE26A456 TV and this TV have common inefrence slot(spells like that maybe ;D) in my country (LITHUANIA) all channels is translated by MPEG-4 signal(SD quality), if I don't insert any CI card, when I push DTV button, on all channels it says:

My friend have CI card (with NP4 processor and MPEG-4), when we inserted it the TV showed free channels
but its not cheap, and i want to buy any like this in ebay, I found one(the company is not important because I don't want to wach paid channels) so there is the link:
