sat1 HD only use CI+ cam or i works in CI cam too? my technomate does't support CI+ cam...

Don't think it works with receivers that have a CI+ slot. Only dedicated HD+ receivers or legacy receivers with a normal CI slot to take the special CI module for SAT1 HD and the other HD+ channels on that TP.
