Satdump software & wxsat reception

That is a nasty scan.I did not get one that bad today.There were no good passes today.this is the best one, a bit low and wide to the east so plenty of interference bars ,In fact quite good for a wide low pass like that. I have noticed that my location is too far south in the last scans I have not altered any settings, somthing to look into tomorrow.Not cropped.

I wonder if there's another bird up there messing up the downloads, here is this afternoons pass on M2-4 same bird but no interference.

Had a good pass this afternoon on M2-4, bottom data is missing but it's nice and clear, I think the new band pass filter is helping out.

Uncropped.....Looks like rain tomorrow.

We got a bit of rain this morning but more looks to be on it's way, this is the latest MSA pass from M2-4. I'm only getting one good pass a day, mostly in the afternoon.

I am not getting many good scans latley.This is the best one for a while .The M2-4 pass this afternoon could be a good one EL83.64 although I will get lots of interference bars at the top.The house and trees get in the way with high passes.I hope to get my antenna at roof level in the summer.

I would post more but most of the passes are at night or junk, I rarely get a good pass during the day, but that will change later on as the orbits coincide with better daylight passes.
 
The two M 2-3 passes were poor today.The first M2-4 pass was . cadu no scan El 41.72.I did not expect much from the second M2-4 pass.The EL was only37.60 well west in the Atlantic.Suprisingley.I got a good scan with little interference, just one line at the top

Four good passes today,I expected nothing from the 15:10 m 2-4 pass It was west in the Atlantic only EL29.76
I normally get nothing from such a low wide pass.Not Cropped

Nice one, looks like you might get some clear weather for the weekend.

I got this pass from M2-4 today, looks like no rain in sight for a bit.

You can see our snow pack, we won't have to worry about any drought anytime soon.

A beautiful day here in the Scottish Borders. Wall to wall sunshine. And I got this cracking image from Meteor M2-4 on the 1445 pass (northbound pass - maximum elevation 44 degrees to me west.

I got this pass as it went right over head this afternoon, error free with no corrections.

If you look close you might be able to see me mowing the weeds in the back 40.
