Seem to have difficulty in being allowed to start a new threas says Im not authorised!

DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A SATELLITE INTERNET SECTION.
Im looking at setting up satellite broadband internet and there are questions:
I battle with BT who wont provide a line with minimum performance for internet. 9.2km from exchange.
Village set up wifi but again BT charges too much per Gig so we only get sub dialup performance.
I note one sat internet advertiser on this site and I have been contacted by "BeyondDSL" who want £400 for the hardware and about £25/pm. For Astra 22.4deg
Anyone have experience/
Neighbour spends much more.
I have some experience can I buy hardware myself and chose connection?
