Looking for a good quality satellite RF modulator with ASI in.
ASI input must be modulated and decoded by a common satellite receiver.
But main question is: what about BISS encryptiion? Does exist a good device in which BISS is freely passed through without any possible filtering?
Any advice please? Thanks.

Have a look here....

But without an uplink license for a satellite I don't know if they will sell you one.

Very interesting, but also very expensive I'm afraid.
Obviously no uplink license here.
Do you know something cheaper? Thanks.

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
Look for one of those companys that either "unofficially" uplink someone else's legit broadcasts to their viewers or send jamming signals to prevent viewers in specific countries/regions viewing legit DTH broadcasts for political reasons - and then ask them what they're using. (be surprised if you ever get any replies though!)
("some" sats broadcasting to "certain countries" in the Middle East or parts of Russia might be places to start?)

OTOH, I'd guess that some amateur radio enthusiasts might be able to help you if they are experimenting with slow-scan tv uplinks to the satellites that DTH re-broadcast those to fellow enthusiasts?

Without proper licensing your local government agency that monitors, license and controls radio, TV, satellite and other RF broadcasts would shut you down and you would probably pay a hefty fine.

I suspect that I did not explain clearly my question, or maybe someone is misunderstanding what I'm looking for.
I absolutely do not want to uplink nothing, any kind of RF signal out of my home - If I want to "broadcast" something (speak with someone!!) I move on HF or VHF bands for which I have license and legit callsign.
Simply, I would like to make some test: sending ASI out in a common satellite receiver with no ASI in. So a satellite modulator seems the unique choice I believe. My final goal is to receive some BISS signal, but I'm going out of the forum rules so I stop here.
Hoping it is clear now!

You need to transmit in L-band i.e. IF-band 950 - 2150 MHz. My recommendation to you is https://www.dektec.com/products/PCIe/DTA-2115B/ . It has no ASI, but that is not needed, if you have ts-files on computer HDD.

DekTec - Company Profile Prices is of course o_O

BISS or other encryptions doesn't get filtered out or altered in any way when transmitting. Encryption is done long before the output file reaches to the transmitter.
