I have had many receivers of this company in the past, and never had any problems but the last experience has been a bad one for me financially.. be warned! I ordered a Dreambox One back in late September, it arrived in good time, but was faulty in respect of the HDMI output. I opened an EBay return, which I unfortunately closed as the receiver seemed to correct itself, but went faulty a week later. I contacted SatKing to return which they accepted, so posted it off mid October. That last Tracking event is it leaving the UK. So looks lost in transit. Contacted SatKing and PayPal to try and get my money back which both have refused to do. SatKing then told me my reciver was in customs but the tracking does not reflect this. They tell me today the have received my receiver but won't refund as the serial number is not the box they sent me!! The tracking says my box is still in Transit. So they are lying and have someone else's receiver!!! So be warned with any dealings with returns them!!
