Visiosat Bisat 13 19 28E to a Vu + Duo

Hi everybody, you may help me with this issue: what is the best satellite to receive serbian and east european channels from the UK?
Don't mind about FTA or subcription. Many thanks

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.
