I can confirm 33e is working for me, 90cm dish on UK south coast. 12722 V 16730 is carrying Polish channels

According to lyngsat all I can see, on 31.5W, are channels for West Africa, and one listed for Africa & US.

You might get a sniff on one or two of 'em with a 1.2m dish, 11973V would be your best chance?

If you have a DVB card or external DVB device you might be able to "see" some of the unlockable signals in CrazyScan or DVB Dream
Both software programs can register signals below a lock level in a blind scan.

Or, if you can get hold of a Dr HD F15 receiver, they can display the signal level in the indicator bar for signals that are below a lock.

I can't quite lock any in London though it's close, a well aligned 1.2 dish in the south should manage it

Hmmm. Doubtful if nor u or me can lock. My dish is very aligned 17db on both extremes (on some tp's)

yeah, i had to nudge it more - i think i get around 11.5db now - ill check later

i use a octagon sf8008 - usually reads 1db under a TM5402-M3 readings - never sure which is the most accurate

11.8db mate for Polsat on 33e. Not a sniff of anything on 31.5e though...

@moonbase can on a 1.5m but nothing on my little 1.2m - he's not far from me either - i wont be bothering looking for it anymore...

It is receivable in the UK, I can currently lock 5 frequencies with a 1.5m dish, located in Surrey.
The details were posted above earlier in reply number 8.

Last time I scanned it with a larger dish, all of the frequencies were lockable from the High Power Beam, the Wide Beam was not lockable however.
I have pasted a table below that presents a scan result from the last time I had the 2.0m dish on it a couple of years ago, located in Surrey.
