I was locking this one about a week ago with over 11db ..
Silverbird NSS10 37.5W signal level appears to have nosedived barely making 6.9 db now ..and insufficient to lock..
Metro appears not to have suffered so it looks to be channel specific ..
Can anyone confirm ?

confirmed --
around 6 db for silverbird
and 15.3 db for metro

Thanks for your report Edgar..
I suspect its a slight footprint change rather than a power level change ...particularly as Nelson is less than 100 miles from and seeing the same changes
