Silvercrest Receiver SL65 Locked

Newbie looking for information about my SL65 receveiver which has locked on BBC HD nothing I have tried will work including a complete reinstall. Can anybody point me in the right direction

I think that there was a mention few days ago to disconnect the LNB coax cable (shutdon box first or just pull the power cord if the remote will not shut it down).
Then switch on box and delete the BBC HD channel from the channel list as this will be possible since the box will not be able to lock on it w/o the cable.
If there are other channels that can lock the box, then delete them while you are at it.
