Race organisers for this weekend's 2012 Formula 1 Santander British Grand Prix have lifted the restrictions they were forced to put in place on Saturday and are encouraging all fans with tickets to attend Sunday's event.Heavy rain caused serious traffic and car parking problems on Friday and fans with normal parking tickets were asked to miss qualifying on Saturday in order to ensure that the race day could proceed with minimal disruption.
