Sky; Amstrad 550.060 - Premier sports error: For your information 25

Hi everybody,

Dont know if I am posting this in the right place but I have a sky box Amstrad 550.060 and just signed up to Premier sports.
One major problem is that it keeps displaying the message 'this programme is not available' - Anybody have any ideas what the problem could be?

I am not recieving anything. The channel display a dialouge box with that message withe no picture or sound.

So what is your sky subscription package, you need to give a lot more detail here, have you contacted sky at all?
What do you mean by 'for your information 25' in the title?
What are you receiving?

Error 25 on a sky box refers to no satellite signal being received. check and see if you can see any other channels on the same transponder such as setanta sports or Al Jazeera English.
