Even the 4,0,1 new install - doesn't remove the message 'this viewing card is not authorised' - upgrading via interactive doesn't change this message either..For people trying to change pairing at same time - it should be noted in my case sky refused to match this box via phone to the newer box - the original must be physically present to change pairing - then sky will temporarily pair the old blue card, and 24hrs later then then white one can be used  ..If anyone knows of exceptions be happy to know about this.</blockquote>
