Sky Digital have started an initiative to improve services for their disabled customers.
Sky are currently engaging in a consultative process with disabled customers. It is hoped
that, this process will be able to improve the accessibility of their system, for all their
customers. They have recently launched a site for disabled customers which can be found
here.

Their plans also include producing the Sky magazine in a format which is accessible
for the blind and visually impaired.
