Sky +HD box but dish is for sky Q-which LNB to get the free channels?

I cancelled the sky Q subscription and have the sky+ HD box from before. I'd like to use this box to get the free channels available; however, the LNB obviously needs replacing.

Which LNB should I get and is there anything else I need to do?

Usually a Sky mk4 Quad LNB will do the job but will need to see a photo of the dish & LNB to confirm.

Yes a Sky mk4 Quad LNB will fit that dish. Be sure it has the LNB holder included as some LNBs have a slightly different collar size. Take note of the skew angle of the current LNB, when looking from the front the dish the cables should be between exiting the LNB 6 & 7 o'clock.

I don't think Sky allow you to start new subscriptions to their packages on Sky+ HD boxes anymore. As for TNT Sports or Viaplay I'm not sure.

So an Update,

Managed to get on the roof when it wasn't raining; very simple process. Took maybe 10 minutes all told, to dis-engage the old one and to make sure new one was turned to around 7o'clock.
